When purchasing your tickets, you can choose between the upper or lower deck.
Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend arriving a little early to grab your favorite spot!
Please note that upper deck seats are reserved for guests with upper deck tickets.

The Holiday Lights Tour is fun for all ages! Children 2 and under may ride on a lap for free, while all other guests will need their own seat and ticket.

The Waikiki Trolley Holiday Station is located at the corner of Richards Street and Aloha Tower Drive (Map). It’s an exclusive event area open only to guests with a Holiday Lights Tour ticket or a Tent Only ticket.

Yes! Validated parking at Aloha Tower (right in front of Holiday Station) is only $15 for 4 hours — super convenient for your festive adventure. (without validation is $24 or $3 per 30min)

Enjoy about 1 hour at Honolulu Hale, where the City Lights shine brightest. Don’t forget to return to your drop-off spot 5–10 minutes before departure to catch your merry ride back!

Yes, we kindly ask all customers to get off at Honolulu Hale. Our tour bus will pick you up about 1 hour later. If you need assistance, please let our driver know.

We drive past Thomas Square Park to enjoy its beautiful illuminations, but our official stop is only at Honolulu Hale. We do not stop at Thomas Square due to its varying event schedule. You are welcome to walk there on your own—just be sure to return to the pick-up point on time. It’s about 15 minute walk from Honolulu Hale.
On days when trains and special events are happening at Thomas Square, there may not be enough time to visit both locations during the 45–60 minutes of free time at Honolulu Hale. We recommend enjoying the double-decker tour and Honolulu Hale with us, and planning a separate visit to Thomas Square on your own, especially on weekends or December 18–25 when the event is active.

We highly recommend arriving 30 minutes early, that way you can enjoy our fun and festive Holiday Station and get into the holiday spirit before the tour begins! To keep everything running smoothly for all our guests, the tour will depart right on time.
Unfortunately, we’re not able to wait for late arrivals, and spots will be forfeited if you miss departure.

Double Decker Tour (Approx. 40 minutes)
The time on your ticket is your Double Decker tour departure time. After boarding, relax and enjoy the city’s holiday displays as we drive by Downtown Honolulu.
Enjoy the Honolulu Hale Experience (Approx. 45 minutes–1 hour)
Explore Honolulu Hale and enjoy the city’s dazzling holiday decorations.
Ride back to Holiday Station (Approx. 20 minutes)
