Cancellations

Cancellations: In order to be eligible for a refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the start of your tour. Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for tours cancelled within 24 hours of the tour start time.

Private Charter Cancellations: In order to be eligible for a refund, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the start of your charter. Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for charters cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled start time.

Please report any disability requiring special attention at time of booking. E Noa will make all reasonable attempts to accommodate visitor’s needs.
